Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc) and PayPal.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
We prepare orders quickly and ship them within 48hrs, so we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed in time to make the change. However, please get in touch with our customer support team on [email protected] and we will do our best to help you with your request.
Can I add a personal note to my order?
You can add or change the gift-wrap or handwritten message for an order you’ve already placed if it hasn’t entered the shipping process. Just contact us and we will do our best to meet your expectations!
Shipping
Do you ship Internationally?
We ship worldwide for free with no minimum order value! However, customs charges may apply in your country which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country. We do not have control over this, nor are notified prior to dispatching your order.
How do I track my order?
We want to allow you to track your orders at any time. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please make sure to include a real email address.
Tracking number normally takes between 24-48 hours to begin updating. We occasionally experience additional delays in the tracking process before orders are delivered, especially during high volume holiday times or hygiene measures due to Covid-19. If you still aren’t seeing any updates after 48 hours please contact [email protected]
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on destination location.
If the item is from our limited edition, because this is a handcrafted one of a kind piece, it can take up to 5 weeks for your order to be delivered.
With current COVID-19 related delays, we recommend allowing at least 4 weeks after an item has been shipped for an item to arrive. We cannot guarantee shipping times as we have no control over mail carrier delays.

Will I have to pay for international taxes and duties?
A small percentage of the orders we ship may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once a shipment reaches the destination country.You are completely responsible for your all import duties, customs and local taxes designated by your country and region. Because the customs policy depends on each country and they are not the same, we suggest you to contact your local customs office for further information.
In case the package is declined due to customs taxes, you will be refunded minus shipping fee for the return.
Returns and exchanges
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Products must be returned in maximum 10 days after the order has been delivered for a store credit. Jewelry must be unwashed, unworn and in perfect condition in order to qualify for store credit, all original packaging included. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible, and will be returned to you. We don’t offer refunds, only store credit.
When will I receive my gift card or store credit?
As soon as your package is delivered back to us, we will immediately process your store credit to your account and you will be notified via email and will be able to use it instantly!
*We do not refund shipping costs.
Are your raw crystals as pictured?
Please note that our collection of Raw Crystals is completely one of a kind. As we extract crystals from the ground, the shape and the color can vary. The rings are not treated, not polished, therefore the stone can be irregular and with black dots or inclusions inside. All rings are unique and they have special appearence.
